Pork and Lamb

We source our Pork from the Basque country. There are only three families that breed the amazing Ibaïama pig. It’s taken us a long time to find a pork that has the perfect balance of silky flavoursome fat, with dark pink meat.

We work directly with a farm on the Kent coast to provide us with our pure breed Romney salt-marsh lamb which we can then butcher to your specification.
