Dry-aged beef and veal

We source our Simmental beef from Germany and Austria and we use older cows which have benefited from extensive grazing on the Alpine pastures. The meat is aged in our Himalayan sea salt chamber to our customer’s specification, which gives this already incredible beef a sweeter and rounder flavour.

Our Veal comes from Corrèze and Limousin in France. It is milk-fed and produced in a high welfare environment, resulting in an outstanding product.
